Hair Culture goal is to give you premium quality natural products for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our brand and customer service. Unfortunately, it is against the Federal Law to re-sell open beauty care products, so we cannot accept any products that is open or altered in any way.
All purchases are final. If you received an item that is incorrect, email us @ email@example.com with photos of the unused items within 24 hours of receipts. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund- and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
If you entered the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out. Any order returned due to customers adding incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping costs.
We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking method when shipping back products.
We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil law suit to follow.
